At Prior, we strive to provide the highest quality nutrition for your busy lifestyle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.
- Unopened Products: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for non-perishable, unopened goods.
- Perishables: Fresh or perishable items (like certain smoothies or fresh soups) are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@priorfood.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged upon arrival). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
