Our journey begins in the heart of southern Monferrato, Piedmont. To offer the highest quality organic products, we work in close partnership with our neighboring farms. We cold dry our ingredients directly at the source. This unique collaboration allows us to control every step—from the mineral-rich soil to the final powders and cold-dried fruits and vegetables—guaranteeing a nutrient density exactly as nature intended.
